Below are the most common areas where users may need assistance.

1. Account Login Issues

If you're having trouble signing in using Email, Google, or Apple:

  • Ensure you are using the same email or login method as your original signup.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try restarting the app.

If the issue persists, contact support.

2. Subscription & Premium Access

All subscriptions are handled securely through the Apple App Store.

If you purchased Premium (Penguin+) but it's not unlocking:

  • Tap Restore Purchases in the app settings.
  • Ensure you're logged in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

If still unresolved, email us with:

  • Your Apple ID (first 3 letters only)
  • Proof of purchase (App Store receipt)

3. Data Syncing

Your goals, logs, and progress are securely stored using Supabase Cloud.

If your data doesn't appear on another device:

  • Ensure you're logged into the same account.
  • Check that you have an active internet connection.
  • Try pulling to refresh.

If something still looks incorrect, message us.

4. Reporting Bugs

Please include as many details as possible:

  • Your device model
  • iOS version
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screenshots or screen recordings

This helps us fix issues faster.

5. Feature Requests

If you have an idea that can improve the app, feel free to email your suggestion. While we may not implement everything, we appreciate all feedback.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
